Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Medical Director of Neurology, you will join a team dedicated to truly optimizing healthcare for the communities we serve. This position will provide visionary clinical leadership while advancing exceptional neurological care and contributing to the highest quality and most cost-effective healthcare within our integrated delivery system.

Every day you will provide comprehensive neurological care while partnering with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing leadership, rehabilitation specialists, executive leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to strengthen neurology services across the organization. You will evaluate and manage a broad range of neurological conditions while helping develop strategic initiatives, improve quality and operational performance, enhance patient access, and support physician recruitment and program growth. You will champion evidence-based practices, foster multidisciplinary collaboration, and lead initiatives that expand access to advanced neurological care, including neurodiagnostic services, outreach programs, and innovative care delivery models that improve patient outcomes throughout the region.

To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled,board-certified, andcompassionateNeurologist with demonstrated leadership experience and a passion for advancing clinical excellence.

  • This position will be a part time medical director and part time patient care.
  • You will possess expertise in the diagnosis and management of complex neurological disorders, along withstrong communication abilities, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to build collaborative relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
  • You will support organizational goals through clinical excellence, physician engagement, quality improvement, exceptional patient experience, and strategic neuroscience service line development.
  • Through your leadership, you will help advance a sustainable, growing, and distinctive organization dedicated to improving the neurological health and well-being of individuals and communities we serve.
  • You will also demonstrate a deep commitment to patient-centered care, quality outcomes, physician engagement, and continuous improvement. Job Requirements

Required:

  • Doctorate (MD or DO) in Medicine required
  • Active or Eligible unrestricted license to practice medicine in Colorado
  • Strong previous performance of providing quality and efficiency in patient care and operations.
  • Strong track record of recruitment, retention of talent and leadership development.
  • Experience with leading and redirecting talent as needed.
  • Strong ability to lead in a changing environment. Budgetary, P&L and Quality Assurance experience for a physician practice

Pay Range
$100 - $200 /hour
