Opportunity Details
- Position Type: Full time, 1.0 FTE
- Schedule: Flexible - 8, 9, or 10-hour shifts
- Location: 245 Cherry Street Suite 300 Grand Rapids
- Specialty: Interventional PMR
- Hospital Info: Trinity Health Medical Group & Trinity Health Grand Rapids Hospital
- Team Size: Regional program; 3 total physicians and 1 APP in GR; 2 physicians in Muskegon; Neuroscience Division in West Michigan has over 80+ providers
- Teaching Opportunities: Yes - Residents, Medical Students, Fellows
- Call Requirements: None
- Additional Information:
- PMR Clinica & interventional procedure availability
- EMG (optional)
- Advanced procedures: BVN, spinal cord stimulator trials and placement

Requirements
- Open to new graduates
- Board certified in their respective clinical specialty or must achieve board certification within the timeframe defined by the applicable specialty board.
- Fellowship: Interventional Spine or Pain
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Providing direct patient care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Participating in teaching and mentoring
- Documenting in Epic EMR
- Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting community health efforts
