Position Highlights:

  • Outpatient-only practice with flexible 4 or 5-day workweek options.
  • Approximately 10 hours of dedicated administrative time built into the schedule.
  • Practice within a modern, tribally owned and operated health and wellness center providing integrated primary care, behavioral health, dental, pharmacy, traditional healing, and community health services under one roof.
  • Manage a reasonable patient volume of approximately 14-16 patients per day with a focus on continuity of care, chronic disease management, preventive medicine, and relationship-based healthcare.
  • No call responsibilities and no inpatient obligations.
  • Collaborative multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, behavioral health providers, nursing staff, and care coordinators.
  • Dedicated support includes approximately one MA per provider and a robust nursing team.
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact within an underserved Native American community while helping stabilize and grow a mission-driven healthcare organization. Providers are encouraged to engage in community-focused care and long-term patient relationships.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Experience-based base salary ranging from $141,000 - $189,000 annually.
  • No production requirements or RVU pressure, allowing providers to focus on quality patient care and community impact.
  • $15,000 Sign-On Bonus, paid 50% upon start and 50% following completion of the introductory period, with a two-year commitment.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree or Doctorate as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
  • Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner required.
  • Active Washington State license preferred or willingness to obtain licensure prior to start.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative approach to patient care, commitment to cultural humility, preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and community-focused healthcare.
  • Preference for 5-10+ years of Family Practice experience; newer graduates will be considered if they demonstrate strong relationship-building skills and commitment to serving the community.
