Hospitalists/Nocturnists Needed at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas
Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas, an 850-bed facility, is seeking to recruit four (4) Nocturnists in the Fall of 2026. These positions will be a 7 on/7 off opportunity covering the 11:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. shift in a busy hospital. The ICUs will be closed and managed by a group of critical care intensivists. This is a busy service with an Emergency Room that has over 64,000 visits per year.
Baptist Health is Arkansas' largest healthcare system with 14 hospitals and over 150 clinics throughout the State. Arkansas Health Group (AHG) is the employer and is a subsidiary of Baptist Health. Qualified candidates must be either BE/BC in Internal Medicine and be licensed in the State of Arkansas. This position does qualify for a J-1 waiver but with an expected start date in the Fall of 2026.
