Were seeking a passionate and driven experienced Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our team Primary Care & Pediatrics - Cherry team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Opportunity Details

  • Position Type: Full- time (1.0 FTE)
  • Office Hours:
    • Monday 7am to 6:30pm
    • Tuesday 7am to 6pm
    • Wednesday through Friday 7am to 5pm 
  • Location: 245 Cherry St SE Grand Rapids, MI 49503
  • Specialty: Primary Care - Family Medicine, must be able to see all ages
  • Clinical Team Size: 4 APPs, 6 Physicians, and 2 Pediatricians. Office total 46
  • Call Requirements: No call requirements for an APP
  • Additional details: Looking for an experienced APP to partner with our office

Requirements

  • Provider experience required
  • Board certified prior to employment
  • Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA license

Duties & Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

  • Providing direct patient care
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Participating in teaching and mentoring
  • Documenting in Epic EMR
  • Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
  • Supporting community health efforts
