Opportunity Details
- Position Type: Full- time (1.0 FTE)
- Office Hours:
- Monday 7am to 6:30pm
- Tuesday 7am to 6pm
- Wednesday through Friday 7am to 5pm
- Location: 245 Cherry St SE Grand Rapids, MI 49503
- Specialty: Primary Care - Family Medicine, must be able to see all ages
- Clinical Team Size: 4 APPs, 6 Physicians, and 2 Pediatricians. Office total 46
- Call Requirements: No call requirements for an APP
- Additional details: Looking for an experienced APP to partner with our office

Requirements
- Provider experience required
- Board certified prior to employment
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Providing direct patient care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Participating in teaching and mentoring
- Documenting in Epic EMR
- Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting community health efforts
