General Dentist Opportunity Minnesota
Full-Time | Procedure-Heavy Practice | Up to $260,000 Base + Production

Position Highlights
- Full-time General Dentistry opportunity
- Monday-Friday schedule, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
- Flexible scheduling with a 4-day work week option available
- No after-hours call
- Opportunity to participate in optional community outreach on Fridays
- Modern practice utilizing the Ascend electronic dental record system
Compensation
- Base Salary: $260,000
- Or greater earnings through a competitive collections-based compensation model
- Signing bonus

Practice Environment

- Average of approximately 12 patients per day, plus hygiene exams
- Treat patients of all ages, from pediatrics through adult populations
- Comprehensive general and restorative dentistry
- Supported by an experienced clinical team, including:
- Two full-time dental hygienists
- CRNA support
- Dedicated front office and clinical staff
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active Minnesota dental license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and patient-centered care philosophy
- New graduates and experienced dentists are encouraged to apply
- Interest in expanding clinical skills through mentorship and in-house training
