The anticipated compensation range for this position is $200,000–$250,000 annually, including base salary and productivity incentives. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, schedule, patient volume, procedures performed, and other job-related factors. The compensation plan includes uncapped productivity incentives, providing the opportunity for earnings above the stated range.

Integrated Dermatology is seeking an experienced Dermatology Advanced Practice Provider — Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner — to join a well-established, full-service general dermatology practice in Groton, Connecticut. This busy coastal Connecticut practice provides comprehensive medical dermatology care in a collaborative, patient-focused environment supported by an on-site dermatologist, a Mohs surgeon, and an experienced clinical and administrative team.
