Job Details: Envision is hiring a critical care physician to join our existing team at this established intensivist program at St. David's South Austin Medical Center in Austin, TX! Requirements: Cardiac fellowship trained intensivist or pulmonary/critical care physician preferred Position Profile: 368-bed regional referral hospital with a busy ED, established BMT program, strong subspecialty support, and diverse pathology 20-bed ICU, 8-bed Cardiac ICU Average daily ICU census of 15-30 patients Hospitalist-led model with Critical Care consultation Separate trauma service line Work alongside experienced and capable Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support Dynamic and capable team that values work/life balance 10-15 shifts per month Competitive hourly compensation Room for growth of program including ECMO Separate trauma service line Facility Information: St. David's South Austin Medical Center is part of St. David's HealthCare, one of the largest health systems in Texas, which was recognized with a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 2014.
