About this role:
As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. This APP will join ourUtah Valley Clinicteam inProvo, Utah. Our team includesfive(5)Womens HealthAPPscurrently,and we are growing to nine (9) Womens Health APPs. With our physiciansand APPs, our team includesa comprehensive support staff. We focus on providing high-quality care for the full spectrum of women's healthcare needs.
This APP will provide care inclinic, supporting both obstetric and gynecologic patients. Majority of time will be spent providing annual well-woman visits,establishingcare and follow up visits, and limited urgent care. The APP may place IUDs, Nexplanon (if certified), routine in-clinic procedures, andassistwith surgical preparation activities.
Thisfull-timeAPP willprimarily work in a clinic setting with the role evolving into aHybridPosition-including bothIn-person & Tele-HealthPatient encounters.

What youll bring:
Utah license as a Physician Assistant (PA) or an Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Utah State Controlled Substance License
Federal DEA Certificate II through V
BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers
Minimum of one (1) Year APP experience inWomen'sHealth
