Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join El Dorado Springs Medical Center — a full-spectrum primary care clinic serving a rural community in southwest Missouri.
This is a community-centered outpatient practice where physicians still have meaningful autonomy, long-term patient relationships, and the ability to shape how they practice medicine.

Compensation & Benefits
- 18-month guaranteed base salary, followed by RVU production model

Requirements
- MD or DO
- BC/BE in Family Medicine
- Missouri medical license or eligibility
