What You’ll Do
  • Provide specialized electrophysiology care, including pacemaker and ICD implantations, ablation procedures, and loop recorder placements/removals
  • Support outpatient and inpatient teams, managing patient populations aged 18-100
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Document procedures accurately in the EPIC EMR system
  • Support up to 40 hours per week, approximately once per month, with additional coverage as needed
  • Serve a diverse patient demographic in both outpatient and inpatient settings
  • Maintain compliance with hospital and department protocols

What You Need
  • Active PA or IMLC license in good standing
  • DEA registration
  • Board certification (BC or BE) in Cardiology/Electrophysiology
  • ACLS/BLS certification
  • Minimum of 1+ years of electrophysiology practice experience preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

This position is based in a modern facility in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, offering a collaborative environment focused on exceptional patient outcomes. The Electrophysiology Department specializes in complex arrhythmia management, device implantations, and electrophysiology procedures, supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team. The hospital has 270 beds and uses EPIC electronic medical records to streamline patient documentation.
