Pay & Benefits
- Rate: $615 - $650 per hour (rate includes support staff and procedures)
- Orientation Rate: 1/2 of the hourly rate for orientation
- Holiday Rate: 1.5x the regular hourly rate on holidays
- Weekly Pay: Via direct deposit

What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care for 15-18 patients daily
- Perform bone marrow biopsies and consults as needed
- Manage chemotherapy protocols and patient follow-ups
- Collaborate with support staff, including Hemoc-trained ARNPs and nurses
- Use EMR systems ECW (EClinicalWorks) and Meditech to document care
- Support ongoing patient management without inpatient admissions
What You Need
Required: - Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology
- Active OR medical license or eligibility
- Proven experience with outpatient cancer care and bone marrow biopsies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred: - Prior outpatient hematology/oncology practice experience
- EMR proficiency with ECW and Meditech
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
