Physician - Pain Medicine

The West Texas VA Health Care System is seeking a dedicated Physician (Primary Care) to join our team serving Veterans across our region. This role provides comprehensive outpatient care within a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) model, ensuring high?quality, compassionate, and continuity?focused medical services.

As a Primary Care Physician, you will deliver evidence?based care, manage chronic and acute conditions, promote preventive health, and collaborate closely with nurses, care managers, behavioral health staff, social workers, and ancillary services to optimize Veteran outcomes. You will also participate in performance?improvement efforts, quality initiatives, and system?wide access enhancement strategies.

Ideal candidates are motivated clinicians who value teamwork, communication, and mission?driven service. Applicants must hold an MD or DO degree, an active unrestricted license, and meet VA qualification standards.
