Pay & Benefits
  • Hourly Rate: $1.00 per hour

What You’ll Do
  • Provide emergency care for approximately 30,000 annual ER visits
  • Cover inpatient shifts with a 10-hour shift length; OT applies at 12 hours/day
  • Manage a busy community ED with 22 beds and diverse case mix
  • Demonstrate proficiency in trauma, stroke, cardiac, and general emergency procedures
  • Collaborate with other specialties and tele-stroke physicians for stroke alerts
  • Maintain documentation using EPIC EMR
  • Participate in on-call coverage, including nights and weekends, with applicable incentives
  • Meet strict credentialing standards, including a clean file and timely privileges


What You Need
  • Valid, unrestricted medical license in Washington
  • Active DEA registration
  • ABEM certification (Board certified or eligible)
  • Minimum of 11-15 ER shifts per month
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to start within 1-2 business days of credentialing approval

This community-based emergency department handles over 30,000 visits annually. Staffed by board-certified emergency physicians, the facility operates 24/7 with varied shift coverage, including night and day shifts. The ED has a dedicated tele-stroke service, a 24/7 cardiac cath lab, and comprehensive trauma capabilities, providing a dynamic environment for experienced EM providers.
