What You’ll Do: - Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care for a diverse patient population
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including genetic counselors, tumor board, and research staff
- Participate in weekly tumor board meetings and contribute to patient management strategies
- Manage a patient load of approximately 10-15 per day, with support staff handling triage and in-office assessments
- Support inpatient consults as needed, with most care delivered outpatient
- Engage with electronic medical records (EMR) system (ONCO EMR) for documentation and order entry
- Comply with all clinical protocols and maintain high-quality standards of care
What You Need: - Valid medical license in Michigan
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine with subspecialty training in Hematology/Oncology preferred
- Experience working in an outpatient oncology/hematology setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a collegial, fast-paced environment
