What You’ll Do

• Provide direct patient care in the emergency department, including assessments, planning, and interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately, adhering to hospital protocols.
• Document patient conditions, treatments, and progress thoroughly.
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care.
• Support patient rights, offering emotional support and advocacy.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Stay current with medical advancements and best practices through ongoing professional development.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support patient care and department operations.

What You Need

• Active RN license in NH or eligibility to obtain
• Minimum of 1 year of ER or acute care experience
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Required: Licensure and relevant certifications
• Preferred: Experience in a fast-paced ER environment
