What You’ll Do
  • Perform orthopedic hand surgeries utilizing advanced technology and microscopes
  • Manage a high-volume outpatient practice with an established referral network
  • Collaborate with supporting advanced practice providers (APPs)
  • Participate in patient consultations, follow-ups, and discharge planning
  • Contribute to teaching and mentorship with residents and fellows
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with clinical guidelines

What You Need
  • Valid medical license in Louisiana
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Prior experience in hand surgery preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered care
