• 24 hr shifts -- 12pm to 12pm (last shift handoff 12pm - 3pm)
• Average 12 patients per day -- admits and rounding
• Rural hospital setting
• Morning rounds typically 7am - 8am
• Procedures required -- intubation and vent management
• Potential to return for additional shifts if initial coverage goes well
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
