Join Visionary ASC, a growing physician-led practice dedicated exclusively to minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. We are seeking a fellowship-trained Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon (MIGS) to help meet increasing patient demand while delivering exceptional, patient-centered surgical care in a modern outpatient setting.

Opportunity Highlights
- Base salary of $350,000-$450,000
- Negotiable sign-on bonus

- No call responsibilities
- Flexible schedule with dedicated office and surgical days
- Modern ambulatory surgery center with advanced technology
- Opportunity to perform approximately 6-8 surgical cases on operative days
- Approximately 10-12 new consultations during clinic days
- Telemedicine available for appropriate consultations and follow-up visits
- Collaborative practice with 2 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers

Visionary ASC is a physician-led, single-specialty practice focused exclusively on minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. Our team performs approximately 1,200 minimally invasive procedures annually, providing comprehensive surgical care that allows women to recover more quickly and return to their daily lives sooner.
Our physicians enjoy a balanced practice model with dedicated clinic and operating room time, allowing them to build meaningful patient relationships while maintaining a strong surgical focus. Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary of $350,000-$450,000

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Fellowship training in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) preferred
- Candidates with Urogynecology or Gynecologic Oncology backgrounds with a strong minimally invasive surgical focus will also be considered
- Eligible for medical licensure in Maryland and/or New Jersey
- Excellent surgical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care
