Established in 2024, the department is leading a new era of emergency care, education, and discovery across Oklahoma. As the state's only academic health system, OU Health and the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine are building a department grounded in excellence in patient care, education, research, and service while advancing the tripartite mission of academic medicine.

Qualifications
Faculty appointments are available at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor levels. Academic rank, leadership opportunities, and compensation will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, and academic accomplishments.
