Physician - Radiology

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is seeking a BE/BC Diagnostic Radiologist to join a well-established team of four radiologists in Bolivar, Missouri.

This is a full-time employed position offering the full breadth of general diagnostic radiology within a fully integrated rural health system — supported by a home read station, McKesson PACS, and a teleradiology backup partnership with vRad.

The Role

• Schedule: Rotating shifts (8 a.m.–5 p.m. or 12 p.m.–9 p.m.) with 1:4 weekend coverage. Part-time and PRN options available.
• Volume: Average 100–130 cases per day
• Remote reading: Home read station provided for evening and weekend shifts
• Technology: McKesson PACS and PowerScribe 360 across the CMH system, including:
• 13 primary care clinics
• Busy orthopedic practice
• Outpatient Imaging Center
• Citizens Memorial Hospital

General Diagnostic Radiology:

• Plain Film – 60%
• CT – 20%
• PET – 7%
• Ultrasound – 6%
• MRI – 5%
• Nuclear – 2%
• Mammography is not required

Interventional Procedures:

• Paracentesis, Thoracentesis
• CT- and Ultrasound-guided Biopsies
• Drainages, Arthrograms (wrist, knee, hip, shoulder, elbow)
• Myelograms, Nephrostomy tubes
• GI Exams & Procedures
• Lumbar Punctures, Cystograms

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology
• Missouri medical license or eligibility
• Fellowship training welcome - Body, MSK, Interventional and others welcome.
