Quick Facts:

  • End Date/Duration: Ongoing, with initial coverage from September 7-13
  • Shift: Inpatient onsite days 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM and night pager call 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM (on some nights; ability to work both shifts required)
  • Hours/Week: Based on scheduled shifts, OT applies after 10 hours/day
  • Employment Type: Locum
  • Licenses/Certifications: Valid medical license; board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine with Cardiology specialization
  • Experience: Prior inpatient and night call experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide inpatient cardiology consultation and management
  • Participate in night pager call shifts, providing urgent care as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient care continuity
  • Follow facility protocols and document clinical activities accurately
  • Maintain compliance with all licensing and certification requirements

What You Need:
  • Valid medical license with inpatient privileges
  • Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine, with relevant cardiology experience
  • Ability to work full inpatient and night call shifts
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Prior experience in hospital-based inpatient care
