What You’ll Do
- Provide expert cardiothoracic surgical care during scheduled night shifts.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver top-quality patient care.
- Participate in pre- and post-operative management of cardiac surgery patients.
- Document procedures and patient progress accurately.
- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing and hospital policies.
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Wisconsin Medical License or eligibility to obtain one
- Board Certification in Surgery or Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in cardiothoracic surgery
- Ability to work night shift
Preferred:
- Experience in a hospital setting with complex cardiac cases
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
