What You’ll Do: - Provide expert hospice and palliative care to patients in a supportive setting
- Collaborate with residents and healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
- Assist with patient assessments, symptom management, and end-of-life care planning
- Document clinical encounters accurately in accordance with facility protocols
- Support family education and emotional support efforts
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
What You Need: - Current medical license in Virginia or eligible for licensure
- Board certification in Hospice & Palliative Medicine preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
