• Approx. 18 patients per day per provider
• Average daily census of 280
• Hospital-based position
• Procedures required -- intubation, central lines, arterial lines
• Nights consist mostly of cross coverage and rapid responses
• Board certification required
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
