Physician - Anesthesiology

Highlights of the Opportunity:

• Comfortable 1:8 weekend call schedule
• Protected post-call day off
• Bread and Butter Anesthesiology practice with Ortho, Urology, OB, healthy Pediatric cases
• No neuro, cardiac, or vascular cases
• Approximately 70% hands-on solo cases, 30% CRNA/Resident supervision
• $200K loan repayment or $100K starting/retention bonuses

Work-Life Balance: 

• 1:8 call rotation

Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits: 

• Total Initial Compensation Package: $665K - $695K   
  • $550K - $580K base compensation, commensurate with experience
  • $100K starting and retention bonuses
  • $15K paid relocation      
• $200k student loan repayment option  
• 403(b) and 457(b) retirement options, HSA option
• 8 - 10 weeks of paid time off (vacation + CME)

• Reimbursement for primary licensure fees, DEA fees, and renewals
• $10,000 bonus if you refer a physician that we hire on a full-time basis; $20,000 referral bonus if you refer an Anesthesiologist
