St. Josephs Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join The Center for Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine in Fayetteville, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to practice in one of the largest Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment centers in the region, providing comprehensive outpatient and inpatient wound care services within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Our Center is committed to delivering individualized treatment plans that promote healing, prevent complications, and improve patients' quality of life.
Position Details:
- Conduct comprehensive wound and skin integrity assessments
- Perform wound debridement and other advanced wound care modalities
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans to optimize healing outcomes
- Educate patients and caregivers on wound care management and prevention strategies
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Utilize evidence-based practices to prevent infection and manage complications
- Facilitate continuity of care and coordinate follow-up through St. Joseph's Wound Care Center

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program/ Board certification required
- Current New York State Nurse Practitioner license
- DEA certification required
- 2-5+ years of wound care experience required
- WOCN, WCC, or CWS certification highly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and patient education skills
- Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care
- Wound care, ostomy, continence, hospital, home care, long-term care, or ambulatory experience preferred
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $118,000-$140,000 per year, with additional productivity bonus compensation incentives
- Salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, quality incentives, or other forms of cash compensation. Final compensation may vary based on experience, training, and market factors in accordance with State law.
