• Established outpatient clinic opened in 2018
• Current team includes:
• 1 Physician
• 5 Medical Assistants
• 1 Clinical Nurse
• Single clinic location with planned expansion to a 6,000 sq. ft. facility in Summer 2026

• Specialty: Family Medicine (Full Spectrum)
• Patient Population: All ages - pediatrics through geriatrics

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Candidate Profile

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine
• Comfortable and confident seeing patients across the full age spectrum
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not required
• Clinically strong, patient-focused, and adaptable
• Interested in building long-term relationships with patients and the community
• Motivated to grow alongside the practice over the next 3-5 years
