Pay & Benefits:

What You’ll Do:
- Provide inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services to diverse patient populations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Support hospital initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes
- Contribute to quality improvement and compliance efforts
- Participate in on-call rotations as needed
What You Need:
- Minnesota medical license or eligible
- Board Certified or Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
- At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
