Were seeking a passionate and driven Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our GI team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Opportunity Details

  • Position: Full time, 0.9-1.0 FTE
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday with admin time carved out
  • Location: 310 Lafayette Ave SE, STE 400, Grand Rapids, MI 49503
  • Specialty: Gastroenterology
  • Hospital Info: Trinity Health Grand Rapids 
  • Team Size: 11 total providers (6 Physicians and 5 APPs). Team is currently recruiting for 2 additional physicians

Requirements

  • Experience only in GI and/or family practice
  • Board certified prior to employment
  • Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA license

Duties & Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

  • Providing direct patient care
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Participating in teaching and mentoring
  • Documenting in Epic EMR
  • Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
  • Supporting community health efforts
