Were seeking a passionate and driven Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our GI team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
Opportunity Details
- Position: Full time, 0.9-1.0 FTE
- Schedule: Monday-Friday with admin time carved out
- Location: 310 Lafayette Ave SE, STE 400, Grand Rapids, MI 49503
- Specialty: Gastroenterology
- Hospital Info: Trinity Health Grand Rapids
- Team Size: 11 total providers (6 Physicians and 5 APPs). Team is currently recruiting for 2 additional physicians

Requirements
- Experience only in GI and/or family practice
- Board certified prior to employment
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Providing direct patient care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Participating in teaching and mentoring
- Documenting in Epic EMR
- Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting community health efforts
