ASB is a stable, long-standing private practice of 81 physicians and 168 CRNAs and is currently recruiting full-time, partnership-track anesthesiologists due to continued growth within St. Lukes University Health Network.

Our practice covers 12 inpatient campuses and 3 ASCs, including a Level 1 Trauma Center and a newly built Mother and Baby Pavilion with approximately 3,500 annual deliveries.

We welcome general anesthesiologists as well as physicians with subspecialty training in cardiac, pediatric, regional/pain, and critical care anesthesia.

ASB offers a competitive compensation package averaging $615K annually, including a $465K base salary, voluntary call opportunities, a $70K 401(k) contribution, $50K sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, licensing reimbursement, car/cell stipends, and 8 weeks of vacation.

Partnership is available after two years with a modest $2,500 buy-in.
