Daviess Community Hospital is seeking a full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a growing medical community in Washington, Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values a collaborative practice environment, a manageable patient volume, and the ability to build long-term relationships with patients and families.
The Opportunity
- $325,000 24-month income guarantee plus RVU-based compensation
- Signing bonus
- Residency stipend available
- Relocation assistance
- Full-time position with a 4-day clinical schedule
- ½ day of dedicated administrative time
- No on-call responsibilities
- 5 weeks PTO + 1 week sick time
- CME allowance
- Typical volume of 15–25 patients per day
- Supportive team environment, including Advanced Practice Providers. APP supervision opportunity, for those interested.
- EMR transition to Epic planned for Fall 2026
