Were seeking a passionate and driven Family Medicine Physician to join our Primar Care and Pediatrics - Grand Haven team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
Opportunity Details
- Position Type: Full-time (1.0 FTE)
- Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Location: 1445 Sheldon Rd Grand Haven, MI 49417
- Specialty: Family Medicine Physician
- Team Size: Currently 12 providers (Physicians and APPs)
- Teaching Opportunities: Yes - Residents, Medical Students, Fellows
- Call Requirements: Average of 2 weeks per year, large group of 40 plus doctors supported by 24/7 triage RN

Requirements
- Board certified in their respective clinical specialty or must achieve board certification within the timeframe defined by the applicable specialty board.
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Providing direct patient care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Participating in teaching and mentoring
- Documenting in Epic EMR
- Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting community health efforts
