Opportunity Details

  • Position Type: Full-time (1.0 FTE)
  • Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
  • Location: 1445 Sheldon Rd Grand Haven, MI 49417
  • Specialty: Family Medicine Physician
  • Team Size: Currently 12 providers (Physicians and APPs)
  • Teaching Opportunities: Yes - Residents, Medical Students, Fellows
  • Call Requirements: Average of 2 weeks per year, large group of 40 plus doctors supported by 24/7 triage RN

Requirements

  • Board certified in their respective clinical specialty or must achieve board certification within the timeframe defined by the applicable specialty board.
  • Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA license

Duties & Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

  • Providing direct patient care
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Participating in teaching and mentoring
  • Documenting in Epic EMR
  • Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
  • Supporting community health efforts
