• Mon - Thu, 8 am - 5 pm
• 10 - 12 surgeries per day -- biopsies and excisions
• ~20 patients per session on half-day clinic days
• Outpatient setting -- adults only
• PAs handle clinic work -- dermatologist focuses on surgeries
• Surgery-focused role -- no facial or eyelid procedures, no MOHS
• Vacation coverage with potential for ongoing 2027 coverage
