What You’ll Do:
- Provide inpatient rehabilitation care for patients with spinal, neuro, and head trauma
- Manage a diverse caseload in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Perform procedures including spine injections, joint injections, RFA, Botox, and migraine management
- Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, therapists, social workers, and neuropsychologists
- Document patient care using EMR system EPIC with a preference for 1+ year experience
- Support established programs with experience in neuro and spinal cord injury management
- Maintain compliance with vaccination requirements and state licensure standards
What You Need:
- Board Certified Physiatrist (physical medicine and rehabilitation)
- NC medical license or eligible (IMLC considered)
- Minimum of 2 years of inpatient rehab and outpatient spinal cord injury experience
- Strong clinical skills in neuro/head trauma and procedures
- Valid vaccination status as required
