What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive primary care including preventive, acute, and chronic care
- Manage a diverse patient population in a hospital-affiliated outpatient setting
- Collaborate with hospital team including obstetrics via OB triage support from residency program
- Handle patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up
- Participate in hospital and community health initiatives
- Join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team focused on quality care
- Use hospital facilities such as surgery center and robotic technology
What You Need
- Valid Indiana Medical License or eligibility
- Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine
- At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently in a busy hospital environment
