- License/Certifications: Active Pennsylvania State License or IMLC with LOC; Board Certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery; Fellowship trained in neurological surgery
- Experience: At least 2+ years in neurosurgical trauma/urgent care

What You'll Do - Provide urgent neurosurgical trauma coverage 24/7
- Rounding on approximately 10–12 inpatients daily
- Respond to STAT/trauma consults within 30 minutes
- Handle regular consults within 24 hours, averaging 3–4 new patient consults per day
- Conduct charting in Epic EMR
- Collaborate with emergency and trauma teams
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and standards
What You Need - Active PA medical license or IMLC with LOC
- Board Certified neurosurgeon with neurological surgical fellowship training
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in trauma/neurosurgery
- Ability to respond promptly to urgent and emergent cases
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
