Northwest Permanente (NWP) is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neonatologist to join our collaborative Neonatology team at Kaiser Sunnyside Medical Center in Portland, Oregon.

Join a highly skilled neonatal team providing advanced neonatal care in a busy Level III NICU and telehealth consultation services within an integrated healthcare system.
Practice Details
- Collegial team of 4 Neonatologists and 2 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
- 20-bed, single-patient-room Level III NICU at Kaiser Sunnyside Medical Center
- Daily census of approximately 12-19 patients
- 24/7 Neonatologist coverage with daytime NNP support
- Care for infants as early as 25 weeks gestation
- Advanced neonatal capabilities including:
- Total body cooling
- EEG and aEEG monitoring
- High-frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV)
- Conventional mechanical ventilation (CMV)
- Inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)
- Bubble CPAP
- Telehealth consultation support for Kaiser Westside Medical Center Level I Nursery
- Physician-friendly Epic electronic medical record
- Leadership opportunities available within the medical group
Compensation & Benefits
- Total Rewards value: $387,100 - $463,800
- Compensation determined by experience, training, certifications, and qualifications
