What You’ll Do - Provide primary care services to patients of all ages in a busy outpatient clinic
- Manage a diverse caseload, including mental health concerns
- Conduct physical exams, take patient histories, and perform assessments
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop treatment plans
- Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health records
- Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and management of chronic conditions
- Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
What You Need - Valid certification/license to practice as a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner in Washington State
- Minimum of 2 years of primary care experience (all ages)
- Comfort working with mental health issues
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
