What You’ll Do
- Provide first assisting support during gynecologic and gynecologic oncology surgeries, including robotic procedures
- Perform pelvic exams and assist in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and procedure efficiency
- Work 4 ten-hour shifts per week with a mix of operating and clinic days
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient interactions
- Transition from Everett to Swedish First Hill facility later in the assignment
What You Need
Required: - Active WA license or IMLC, DEA, BC in Gynecology
- Experience with gynecologic surgeries, robotic systems (Da Vinci)
- First assisting experience in GYN procedures
- Ability to perform pelvic exams proficiently
Preferred: - RNFA certification for Physician Assistant providers or advanced surgical experience
- Experience with GYN oncology procedures
