Pay & Benefits - Hourly Pay Rate: $253.50/hour

What You’ll Do - Provide routine labor management, including vaginal deliveries and Cesarean sections
- Perform postpartum rounding and emergency gynecologic consultations as needed
- Support staff in a hospital-based OB/GYN department with approximately 500-600 births annually
- Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation
- Call for epidurals and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during shifts
- Support coverage across multiple facilities, including Janesville and Monroe Clinic, with potential to float to additional sites as needed
What You Need - MD or DO license, valid in Wisconsin (IMLC accepted)
- Board certification in OB/GYN
- BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications
- At least 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Willingness to float between sites: Janesville, Baraboo, Monroe Clinic, Madison
- Ability to work 24-hour shifts and flexible hours during assigned periods
About the AssignmentJoin a busy hospital-based OB/GYN department supporting an active patient volume. This position involves caring for women throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum, with limited high-risk obstetrics. The facility offers a collaborative environment with all necessary resources to support your practice. Credentialing takes approximately 60 days, and all travel expenses including airfare (one checked bag), lodging (up to $250/night), and rental car or mileage are billable.
