Indiana University Health Medical Group is hiring! Our Sports Orthopedic team has an opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their highly respected team at Methodist Hospital! 

Opportunity Details

  • Full-time- Day Shift 
  • Monday-Friday
    • Monday, Tuesday and Friday 8a-430p Clinic
    • Wednesday and Thursday 7a-5p OR
  • 60% inpatient and 40% outpatient

Procedures

  • First Assist in the OR
  • Joint Injections
  • Joint Aspirations

Key responsibilities

  • OR first assist
  • Inpatient rounding
  • Hospital discharges
  • Patient education
  • Patient follow-up
  • phone calls
  • Evaluation and management of new, follow up, and post-operative patients with sports related injuries in the clinic setting

Qualifications

  • Master's degree required
  • Must have AGNP, ACNP, FNP, or PA certifications 
  • Experience working as an Ortho APP
  • Experienced APP preferred
