Nurse Practitioner - Cardiology

Merit Health Wesley in Hattiesburg, Mississippi is seeking an experienced Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join its Cardiology-based Outpatient Clinic. This hospital-employed position offers a consistent weekday schedule with no call requirement and the opportunity to provide ongoing care to cardiology patients in an outpatient setting.

Position Highlights:

• Support routine cardiology clinic follow-up visits
• Provide hospital discharge follow-up appointments in the clinic setting
• Work collaboratively with the cardiology team to provide comprehensive patient care

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a licensed Nurse Practitioner role
• Minimum of 1 year of Cardiology experience preferred
• Current NP license or eligibility for licensure in Mississippi
• Strong clinical, communication, and collaborative skills
