Augusta Health is seeking a Board-Certified Neurosurgeon or Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join our established Spine Surgery team in Virginia’s beautiful Shenandoah Valley. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a busy, well-established practice with a strong referral base, experienced support staff, and access to advanced surgical technology.
Position Highlights:
- Advanced Technology: Access to the Medtronic Mazor Spine Robot
- Established Patient Base: Strong existing patient panel with referrals from primary care and specialty providers throughout the region
- Supportive Team: Well-staffed with clinical, administrative, scheduling and APP support.
- Shared call schedule: 10 days per month, 24-hour shifts.

Starting Salary $870,652
