What You’ll Do
  • Support ICU staff as part of a supervised team responding to adult critical care patients
  • Conduct rounds with attending physicians, assess and respond to patient needs
  • Manage adult patients with bread and butter ICU cases, including 1–2 burn patients
  • Document patient care in Epic EMR
  • Work independently within guidelines, with supervision from MD and fellows during shifts
  • Contribute to patient care in a teaching hospital environment
  • Respond to ICU emergencies and assist with patient management as needed
What You Need
  • Active MA State License (or PAs with quick licensing process)
  • 2+ years of critical care experience
  • Certification in ACLS, BLS
  • DEA registration
  • Ability to work day and night shifts, including weekends
  • Strong critical thinking and teamwork skills
