What You’ll Do
- Support ICU staff as part of a supervised team responding to adult critical care patients
- Conduct rounds with attending physicians, assess and respond to patient needs
- Manage adult patients with bread and butter ICU cases, including 1–2 burn patients
- Document patient care in Epic EMR
- Work independently within guidelines, with supervision from MD and fellows during shifts
- Contribute to patient care in a teaching hospital environment
- Respond to ICU emergencies and assist with patient management as needed
What You Need
- Active MA State License (or PAs with quick licensing process)
- 2+ years of critical care experience
- Certification in ACLS, BLS
- DEA registration
- Ability to work day and night shifts, including weekends
- Strong critical thinking and teamwork skills
