What You’ll Do
- Provide pediatric care in a family medicine setting, supporting patients from newborns to adolescents
- Conduct standard pediatric clinic procedures, including circumcisions
- Attend deliveries and C-sections during 24-hour call shifts, if necessary
- Support a team with a 1:1 ratio of clinical staff (MA, LPN, RN)
- Manage approximately 15-20 pediatric patients daily
- Collaborate with healthcare team members in both hospital and clinic settings
- Follow protocols using Epic EMR system for patient documentation and care
What You Need
Required:
- Medical license for Wisconsin
- Board certification in Pediatrics
- PALS and NRP certifications
- Experience in pediatric clinical procedures
Preferred:
- Ability to attend deliveries and perform C-sections during call shifts
- Experience supporting pediatric patients in hospital and outpatient settings
