What You’ll Do
- Manage general cardiology patients, including those with CAD, hypertension, and heart failure
- Conduct inpatient consults and supervise stress testing
- Read EKGs and echocardiograms
- Support clinic services and outpatient care
- Collaborate with support staff, including an Advanced Practice Provider and Medical Assistant
- Provide telephone-based call coverage outside regular hours
- Ensure high-quality patient care and safety adherence
What You Need
Required: - Medical license in Illinois
- Board Certification in Cardiology
- BLS certification
- 2+ years of general cardiology experience
Preferred: - Experience with EKG reading and stress testing
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
