- Favorable Call Schedule: Call structure varies by location, with CNM first-call support when available and a standard post-call day off.

- Partnership & Leadership Opportunities: Partnership eligibility after three years. Historically, 80-90% of eligible clinicians become partners, with opportunities for voting rights, committee involvement, and organizational leadership.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: Approximately $310,000 first-year compensation for new graduates and approximately $325,000 for experienced OB/GYN physicians, including target productivity incentive.
- Bonus Opportunity: Approximately $30,000 target productivity incentive, with additional earning potential for higher producers.
- Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 sign-on bonus.

- Relocation Assistance: Up to $30,000 in relocation assistance.

Qualifications
- Degree: MD or DO.
- Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
- Licensure: Eligible for Oregon medical licensure and hospital credentialing.
- Skillset: Full-spectrum OB/GYN including obstetrics, gynecology, surgery, reproductive healthcare, and routine call responsibilities; collaborative and patient-centered approach.
- Experience: Open to graduating residents as well as experienced OB/GYN physicians.
- Sponsorship: Immigration sponsorship availability has not yet been confirmed.
