What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care to approximately 12-15 patients daily
- Manage treatment plans for established oncology patients, including routine follow-ups and new cases
- Participate in light call duties (beeper only, 2-5 calls per week, phone-only)
- Collaborate with a team of three permanent HemOnc providers, RNs, PAs/NPs, and office staff
- Use electronic medical records (EMR): Aria
- Contribute to a mission-driven, team-focused environment
What You Need
- Valid Virginia medical license in good standing
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine with Hematology/Oncology fellowship
- Minimum 1+ years of clinical experience in oncology or hematology
- Strong communication skills, team-oriented attitude, flexibility for schedule
