The Medical University of South Carolinas Neurology program features the only Level 4 Epilepsy Center in the state, a comprehensive Stroke Center, a Parkinsons Foundation Center of Excellence, the first established state MDA Care Center by the Muscular Dystrophy Association, an ALS Association Certified Treatment Center of Excellence, and a newly renovated outpatient Memory Care Center. Position Highlights:

• Join a practice with 1 Endocrinologist and 2 APPs
• Outpatient - clinic hours are 8-5 Mon-Thurs and 8-12 Fri
• Inpatient - ED stroke support and rounding in hospital
• Clinic is located near the hospital.
• No call - call is handled by tele stroke
• Full support staff
• Great volume with opportunity to ramp up quickly
• Providers can live outside Orangeburg and commute from vibrant communities like Columbia (40 miles) or Charleston (75 miles).  The medical center is just off I-26 making commuting easy.

Since it was first established in 1919, MUSC Health - Orangeburg has grown from a small private hospital into a robust regional health care system.
